Inspired by a wide range of media, Celeste Pawelek co-founded The Bellville Herd with the help of four girls in 2023, and she now serves as the editor and a reporter for the paper. She got her start in journalism as a member of the UIL Journalism team in 2022. In 2024, she advanced to UIL State for Editorial Writing. She is a senior at Bellville High School, and is heavily involved in all things theater and academics. When not planning a new article, you can find Celeste working hard in the auditorium for the next, big theater production or binge-watching all three seasons of The Bear.
