Bellville, TX – The Bellville Brahmas delivered a commanding performance under the Friday night lights, crushing the Giddings Buffaloes with a final score of 49-14 in their third district matchup of the season. The game, played on October 25, 2025, at 7:30 PM in the notorious “Pasture of Pain” at Bellville High School, solidified the Brahmas’ standing and improved their season record to 6-2.
Right from the opening whistle, the Brahmas asserted their dominance, establishing a strong hold that never wavered. The team operated with the precision of a “well-oiled machine,” executing their strategy flawlessly on both sides of the ball. The defense was particularly noteworthy, consistently thwarting Giddings’ efforts throughout the entire contest.

The headline moment of the evening belonged to quarterback Knox Bauershlag, who was named the Offensive Player of the Week. Bauershlag not only steered the offense but also etched his name into the school’s record books by throwing five touchdown passes, shattering the previous Bellville record for the most touchdown throws in a single game.
