Bellville, TX — September 12, 2025 — The Bellville Brahmas secured a decisive 36-16 victory over the Almeta Crawford football team in an energetic homecoming game at Bellville High School’s “Pasture of Pain.”
From kickoff, the Brahmas set the tone with a strong and consistent offensive performance that kept the crowd roaring throughout the game. Bellville never relinquished the lead, controlling the pace and putting together frequent scoring drives that kept Almeta Crawford on the back foot.
Two standout moments ignited the home crowd: touchdowns by Don Gillum and Kendrick Turner sent waves of cheers through the stands, showcasing the Brahmas’ offensive firepower. Turner led the ground attack, rushing for a game-high 109 yards, while Gillum contributed 28 rushing yards along with two key touchdowns.
