Science Olympiad Places in Early Invitational

Saturday, Nov. 9, Bellville Science Olympiad travelled to Cy-Falls High School to compete in an early invitational.

Science Olympiad is a national organization which allows students to compete in a variety of science-oriented contests regardless of division or size of their school. This year, 45 teams competed at the Cy-Falls Invitational and several Bellville teams placed in the top ten.

The results are as follows:

8th place “Bungee Drop” Kyle Merling and Rhett Fromme
4th place “Experimental Design” Kinsley Medina, Grace Moore, and Noe Alvarez
7th place “Tower” Kenya Enriquez and Grace Moore
5th Place “Write It, Do It” Ella Gandy and Eric Shao
1st place “Picture This” Kinsley Medina and Willow Espinosa
